5 podcasts women entrepreneurs should listen to
If you’re like me and you’re constantly looking for inspiration to keep you motivated, you will probably appreciate this post! Listening to podcasts is a gateway for me to find inspiration, motivation, calmness, and so much more. I love the fact that listening to podcasts couldn’t be any easier; you can do it while you’re driving, doing chores, working out, and of course when you’re working! I find ways to make room to listen to podcasts and I want to share my top 5 podcasts that I would recommend to you as a creative female entrepreneur! I hope you enjoy.
1. She Did It Her Way Podcast:
I can honestly say that this podcast was one of the reasons why I decided to take the “leap” and quit my 9-5 and launch my own online business. In this podcast you will listen to interviews from many inspiring female entrepreneurs that decided to take the leap and essentially explain how they did it “their way” to successfully become an entrepreneur. Amanda, the host is extremely energetic, and her personality makes her guests feel comfortable which allows her to ask insightful questions on how they managed to do it “their way.” This podcast is extremely inspirational, insightful, and educational for those taking the unconventional way of making a living. The reason I love this podcast and why I got hooked with it to begin with is that it’s extremely inspiring to see how many women out there have found success doing what they love most. It motivated me to never give up on my dreams and keep pushing for what makes me happy. This podcast also made me realize that I didn’t have to be stuck in my 9-5 for the rest of my life and hearing so many successful female entrepreneurs sharing their stories of how they did it “their way” is no better motivator to never give up on your dreams.
2. The Goal Digger Podcast:
Jenna Kutcher, the host of this podcast is the most real woman out there because she’s so relatable. She says it like it is and isn’t afraid to share anything with her audience. She makes you feel at peace by sharing personal experiences and that you’re not alone with your daily struggles and feelings. She constantly tells her audience to stop trying to sell your product or your service or yourself so much because what will really set you apart from everyone else is YOUR STORY! Listening to this podcast has been a reminder that my heart is more compelling than my service or product. Jenna shares her heart through this podcast and she encourages her listeners to do the same when dealing with your business, to no sugarcoat who you are but to share the real and raw story behind your brand. Jenna is s huge advocate of self-love and not only that she brings new guests to the table that talk about fresh new perspectives and business advice as well.
3. The Big Leap Show with Kathleen Hart:
This podcast is extremely helpful because Kat, the host brings on amazing women who have great tips and resources on the hard work they had to do in order to start a new business. You can find relatable content in this podcast if you’re going through the same rollercoaster ride that being an entrepreneur brings. Kat is extremely energetic and captivating, she doesn’t hold back from asking powerful questions to her guests that her audience would find extremely valuable! If you’re an aspiring entrepreneur or you’re debating whether to do it, The Big Leap Show with Kathleen Hart will be perfect for you because you will find motivation and inspiration to keep pushing!
4. The Creative Empire Podcast:
This podcast is run by two female bosses, Reina and Christina. Reina and Christina are truly passionate about supporting and inspiring creative entrepreneurs. Their interview style is real and to the point yet fun and energetic. You’ll be listening to real conversations that they have about different entrepreneurial journeys. Not only that but Reina and Christina do an amazing job spilling all the secrets about building a creative business. If you’re a new entrepreneur you’re going to love this podcast because it is full of great information and advice to new entrepreneurs. If you’re looking for a unique take on topics in the creative industry this is your podcast! It won’t disappoint.
5. Being Boss:
Kathleen and Emily’s take of providing information to their audience is on point. They give you tips and tools on dealing with the daily grind as an entrepreneur but not only that they also give you actionable steps in order to get to where you want to be. Not only that they both have a very edgy and humorous style that connects with their audience. They have these “minisodes” where they share with their listeners actionable advice to help creative entrepreneurs do their work and achieve their goals. I really appreciate Kathleen and Emily’s podcast because they are honest and real about owning and running a business while still managing to maintain a work-life balance. If you’re looking for advice on how to become a better business leader and or a better person in general, this podcast may be for you!
